life insured "life insured" means:- (a) the person in respect of whom an insurance policy provides coverage on the occurrence of his death or survival; or (b) the person in respect of whom an insurance policy provides coverage on occurrence of an accident, a disease or sickness, whether or not the person is the policy owner;
